BLUESFEST is coming to Perth direct from Byron Bay – here’s how to get tickets
A celebration of Blues & Roots music
In association with the award-winning Bluesfest Byron Bay, Mellen Events is extremely excited to announce that Bluesfest is coming to Nikola Estate on Saturday 1 April 2023.
A celebration of blues and roots music will find a home in Perth with a huge day of live music. A sensational line-up of artists is set to play on the banks of the Swan River in the beautiful Swan Valley.
This memorable line up will feature four-time GRAMMY Award winners and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, The Doobie Brothers and many other outstanding acts, including Counting Crows, John Butler, Jessica Mauboy, Michael Franti & Spearhead and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram – plus more artists to be announced.

How do I purchase tickets in the presale?
Our number one tip when purchasing tickets during any presale is to take your time and make sure you double check your ticket selection on every screen.
If you have already followed our guide and logged into your Ticketmaster account to make sure all your account details are up to date, you won’t need to rush through the purchase process to secure your tickets.

Log into your Ticketmaster account and update your password if needed!
Get in early and ensure all your MyTicketmaster account details are up to date – from your password to your card details and your phone number.
Ticketmaster will regularly ask you to update your password to ensure the security of your account – you don’t want to get stuck having to change your password while the ticket timer is counting down during onsale as you can risk losing the incredible tickets you have secured.

Are there any age restrictions in place for Bluesfest Perth 2023?
Perth Bluesfest is a licensed all ages event. Under 18 patrons must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. ALL patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age.

How do I purchase Accessible Seating tickets?
Accessible seats (including Companion Cards) can be purchased during the presales via Customer Service if you can quote a relevant password.
Accessible seating, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via our Accessible Booking form. Please be sure to include your relevant presale code with your request if wanting to make a booking during the presale period.
If you need to talk to a Customer Service Representative, please call 1300 446 925. Please note, this phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and can not process any other ticketing requests.
Why can’t I access my Bluesfest Perth 2023 tickets right away?
All tickets purchased for Bluesfest Perth 2023 are digital and will be accessible on a digital mobile/smartphone via Ticketmaster’s mobile app or web browser closer to the event date. Therefore, no physical tickets will be posted or emailed in advance.
Once the tickets have been purchased, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of purchase. This is NOT your ticket or ticket(s). You will receive instructions on how to access their ticket(s) much nearer to the shows if relevant.

Don’t refresh your screen
Stick to one window while you’re in the Waiting Room and when you’re being pushed through the Smart Queue and always resist the urge to refresh.
Hitting the refresh button means you’ll lose your place in the queue and, as frustrating as it can get, patience is the only way to win this game. Ticketmaster is equipped with sophisticated systems that are designed to manage and process ticket purchases as quickly as possible. The queuing system that appears on your screen will place you at the front of the line as soon as possible.
Remember: there are a lot of fans
We’re expecting this to be a very popular event. When a popular event goes on sale there are hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of customers all attempting to purchase tickets at the same time. Tickets are sold as long as seats are available, and when an act is this popular, sometimes they go very quickly.
