The countdown to the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 is on!
Can you hear it? That roar in the distance? That’s the sound of Australia’s most adventurous Motorcycle fans preparing to make their way to Phillip Island for the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024, taking over the track from Friday the 18th to Sunday the 20th of October .
3 days of the world’s best riders tackling one of the world’s most difficult circuits, where serenity gives way to spectacle. With non-stop action on and off the track this is a weekend you won’t want to miss.
Please note that tickets cannot be purchased at the gates and must be purchased online prior to arriving at the circuit.
Wondering how to get tickets to the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024? Here’s everything you need to know!
With demand higher than ever before, we’re committed to getting tickets in the hands of as many race fans as possible. Not resellers or bots. So, we’ve partnered with the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 to create a fair way for each race fan to get exclusive access to their favourite event.
Why? Because No One Wants to Hand Tickets to Scalpers – registration helps filter out professional resellers who use bots to gain an unfair advantage over fans who genuinely want to go to the race. While it can’t guarantee everyone who gets tickets won’t resell, it typically cuts the number of tickets significantly.
It’s a simple two-step process:
- Step 1: You Register – Fill out the registration form, pick your preferred ticket option and let us know how to contact you. Registrations closes 6pm (AEST) Sunday 16th June.
- Step 2: Resellers and Bots are removed and then fans are selected to get access to the sale. Prior to 12pm (AEST) on Monday 17th June, if selected, you will receive your unique access code via email. This code can only be used once to access the Registered Presale. The Registered Presale will start 12pm (AEST) Tuesday 18th June and run until 11am (AEST) Thursday 20th June.

• Ticketholders need a My Ticketmaster account to access Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 tickets. Sign up or sign in here.
• All Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 tickets purchased via Ticketmaster.com.au are digital, and can only be accessed via the Ticketmaster App or Ticketmaster.com.au on a mobile browser – there will be no printed tickets, with the exception of Collector Tickets.
• Only purchase through Ticketmaster to guarantee you have a valid ticket for entry on race day.

How many tickets can I buy for the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024?
There is a limit of 20 tickets.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
Can I purchase the same seat I purchased to past races?
Seats purchased last year are not held for repurchase in 2024. This gives all customer’s an equal opportunity to purchase their preferred seat, subject to availability.

A grandstand ticket will provide access to all the precincts throughout the circuit in addition to the reserved seat of your choice. This means that an Island Pass (GA) ticket is not required to purchase in addition to a Grandstand ticket.
The Clubhouse is the ideal place to kick back with mates, grab a drink from the bar and watch all the action from the world’s best riders. A ticket into The Clubhouse will grant you access to the circuit, and you DO NOT have to purchase an additional Island Pass (GA) ticket.
The Trackside Club is a brand-new way to experience MotoGP™ at the iconic Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. Enjoy the thrill of the track action from an unreserved Gardner Straight viewing area equipped with a sheltered undercover marquee to protect you from the elements. Savour the action with a drink in our outdoor garden area or relax in our dedicated lounge area from the private cash bar. With an array of nearby food options and an Island Pass ticket included, Trackside Club promises an unforgettable blend of excitement and luxury at the heart of the MotoGP™. A ticket into the Trackside Club will grant you access to the circuit, and you DO NOT have to purchase an additional Island Pass (GA) ticket.

Who is eligible for a Junior ticket?
Junior tickets apply to children aged 2-14 years. Those aged over 14 years are required to purchase an Adult ticket.
The ‘Kids Go Free Program’ is back again for 2024, for all juniors aged 14 and under who would like Island Pass (GA) access. Each Adult Island Pass (GA) ticket will provide free entry for up to four (4) juniors. Simply redeem the free Island Pass (GA) ticket/s by visiting the Customer Service Box Offices outside Gates 1, 3 or 7 at the circuit with proof of adult ticket purchase. Juniors under 2 years are free on the knee in Grandstands.
Juniors (over 2 years old) who wish to occupy a Grandstand seat will need to purchase a Junior Grandstand ticket. Juniors under 2 years are free on the knee in Grandstands. Access to a Grandstand without an associated Grandstand ticket will not be granted.

Who is entitled to Concession tickets?
To be eligible for concession pricing, you will require a Government Issued Full Pensioner Concession Card, a valid Full-Time Student Card, Health Card Card or Veterans Affairs Card. You will need to bring the ID with you to the event as proof of your concession status.
Seniors Cards won’t be an accepted form of ID.
How do I purchase Accessible Seating tickets?
There is accessible seating available in all categories of tickets including Hospitality, Grandstands, and unreserved General Admission. Further information on accessibility at the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 can be found here. If you’re looking for a small piece of memorabilia to remember your Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 experience by, look no further than a limited-edition Collector Ticket.
A Collector ticket not only gets you into the event, it also serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over.
Collector tickets are only made available for selected events and can be purchased through the normal purchase processes – be sure to select a “Collector Ticket” ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $15 surcharge.
Collector tickets can only be delivered to customers via standard mail and cannot be collected from outlets or the venue. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets.
Collector Tickets will be mailed to customers in mid September, and are expected to arrive at the address listed on your Ticketmaster account at the time of purchase by the 4th of October.
Please note that the delivery of your Collector Ticket will only include your ticket. You will be able to redeem the accompanying lanyard at the circuit from one of the Ticketmaster Customer Service Offices outside Gates 1, 3 or 7 (Friday – Sunday of event days).

We know the race days are a long time to be in your seat. If you’re looking for a bit more comfort, look no further than our Aisle Seat tickets.
Tickets in all grandstands that are the first 4 seats from each aisle will be designated as Aisle Seat Tickets – be sure to select an “Aisle Seat” ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $15 surcharge.
Get to know Ticketmaster’s Smart Queue!
We expect that tickets to the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 will be in high demand, and to make the process fair for everyone you may be placed in a queue.
You will be assigned a random place in the queue once the Presale starts. Your place in the queue is not based on what time you entered the Waiting Room. We suggest entering the Waiting Room 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the Presale.

In instances where we have a lot of fans trying to buy tickets at the same time, we aim to make your checkout experience as fast as possible. All Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 tickets will be digital

Get to know Ticket Transfer so everyone has their own ticket
1. Open the Ticketmaster App
2. Tap on my events and select the event you want to Ticket Transfer
3. Tap ‘Transfer’ below the ticket you want to share (please note: you may have to wait a moment for the ‘Transfer’ button to load)
4. On the ‘Select Tickets To Transfer’ page, confirm the ticket you want to share (please note – you must Transfer each ticket individually)
5. Tap the ‘Transfer To’ button. Tap ‘Manually Enter A Recipient’ & enter your friend’s ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, and ‘Email Address or Mobile Number’
6. Tap ‘Transfer Ticket’. The ticket in your account will now say “Sent”. You can cancel or recall the Ticket Transfer at any time.
7. Your friend receives an email, asking them to accept the transferred tickets, and they can either login or create a new Ticketmaster account to accept.
8. The tickets are now ready to go in your friend’s Ticketmaster account and marked as ‘Transferred’ in your account
