The countdown to the MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix is on!

Can you hear it? That roar in the distance? That’s the sound of Australia’s most adventurous Motorcycle fans preparing to make their way to Phillip Island for the MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, taking over the track from Friday the 20th to Sunday the 22nd of October . 

3 days of the world’s best riders tackling one of the world’s most difficult circuits, where serenity gives way to spectacle. 

With non-stop action on and off the track this is a weekend you won’t want to miss. 

Tickets for the Grandstands, Island Passes, The Clubhouse and Catch-a-Coach go on sale at 12pm (AEST) Tuesday 23 May, with Hospitality tickets going on sale earlier that day, 10am (AEST) Tuesday 23 May.

Please note that tickets cannot be purchased at the gates and must be purchased online prior to arriving at the circuit.

How many tickets can I buy for the MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix?

There is a limit of 10 tickets.

Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.

Groups of 11+ can be booked here.

Can I purchase the same seat I purchased to past races?

Riders United is a discontinued program from 2019 so seats purchased last year are no longer held for repurchase. This gives all customer’s an equal opportunity to purchase their preferred seat, subject to availability.

A grandstand ticket will provide access to all the precincts throughout the circuit in addition to the reserved seat of your choice. This means that an Island Pass (GA) ticket is not required to purchase in addition to a Grandstand ticket.

The Clubhouse is the ideal place to kick back with mates, grab a drink from the bar and watch all the action from the world’s best riders. A ticket into The Clubhouse will grant you access to the circuit, and you DO NOT have to purchase an additional Island Pass (GA) ticket.

What are the Catch-a-Coach prices?

Forget petrol prices, parking costs and designated drivers. Just sit back, relax in five-star coach comfort, and be driven straight to the track and back again with our Catch-a-Coach service.

Who is eligible for a Junior ticket?

Junior tickets apply to children aged 2-14 years. Those aged over 14 years are required to purchase an Adult ticket.

The ‘Kids Go Free Program’ is back again for 2023, for all juniors aged 14 and under who would like Island Pass (GA) access. Each Adult Island Pass (GA) ticket will provide free entry for up to four (4) juniors. Simply redeem the free Island Pass (GA) ticket/s by visiting the Customer Service Box Offices outside Gates 1, 3 or 7 at the circuit with proof of adult ticket purchase. Juniors under 2 years are free on the knee in Grandstands.

Juniors (over 2 years old) who wish to occupy a Grandstand seat will need to purchase a Junior Grandstand ticket. Juniors under 2 years are free on the knee in Grandstands. Access to a Grandstand without an associated Grandstand ticket will not be granted.

Who is entitled to Concession tickets?

To be eligible for concession pricing, you will require a Government Issued Full Pensioner Concession Card, a valid Full-Time Student Card, Health Card Card or Veterans Affairs Card. You will need to bring the ID with you to the event as proof of your concession status.

Seniors Cards won’t be an accepted form of ID.

How do I purchase Accessible Seating tickets?

Race fans who require accessible tickets to the MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix can purchase these through the General Public page. Subject to availability, Wheelchair and accompanying seats (either as paid tickets or with a Companion Card) can be purchased online at a 1:1 ratio.

For any other Wheelchair/Companion and other accessibility requirements (e.g., vision impaired), please call the Grand Prix phone line on 1800 100 030 and select the Accessible Bookings option, Monday – Sunday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (AEST) or submit an accessibility form online.

Want a memento? Grab a Collector ticket

If you’re looking for a small piece of memorabilia to remember your MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix experience by, look no further than a limited-edition Collector Ticket.

A Collector ticket is a souvenir ticket which not only gets you into the event, it also serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over.  

Collector tickets are only made available for selected events and can be purchased through the normal purchase processes – be sure to select a “Collector Ticket” ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $15 surcharge.

Collector tickets can only be delivered to fans via mail and cannot be sent as Print-at-Home or E-Tickets, or collected from outlets or the venue. Collector Tickets are not available to those without a valid Australian address. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets.

We know the race days are a long time to be in your seat. If you’re looking for a bit more comfort, look no further than our Aisle Seat tickets.

Tickets in all grandstands that are the first 4 seats from each aisle will be designated as Aisle Seat Tickets – be sure to select an “Aisle Seat” ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $15 surcharge. 

Get to know Ticketmaster’s Smart Queue!

We expect that tickets to the MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix will be in high demand, and to make the process fair for everyone you may be placed in a queue.

We recommend signing into your Ticketmaster account at least 15 minutes before tickets go on sale to save your spot and join the Pre-Queue waiting room.

Please note: The time you join the Waiting Room does not determine your place in the Smart Queue.

Once you get your spot in the queue, please do not refresh your browser as you will be pushed to the end of the line.

We will get you through the queue as quickly as possible, so please sit tight.

Whether you are familiar with the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and have your ideal view already selected or you want complete control over your purchasing experience, we know that having the ability to choose your seats is super important, and we want to make sure the process is as quick as possible when you’re buying tickets against the clock.

That’s why you have the freedom to choose the seats you want via our Interactive Seating Map.

To get started, click on a section of the map to zoom in on seats and see what is currently available. Scroll left and right and zoom in and out to navigate around the venue.

Then, select a seat and zoom right in to get a preview of what your view might look like.

Please note: If you’re booking for an event that’s in high demand, you may not see the interactive seat map when you first log on to buy tickets. In instances where we have a lot of fans trying to buy tickets at the same time, we aim to make your checkout experience as fast as possible. The interactive seating map will be deactivated to speed things up for you and boost your chances of securing tickets.

All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster*** are now digital (with the exception of Collector Tickets), meaning you can easily access your tickets on your phone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile web browser via Ticketmaster.com.au, add them straight to your phone’s ticket wallet, and share them with your friends and family.

Get to know Ticket Transfer so everyone has their own ticket

1. Open the Ticketmaster App

2. Tap on my events and select the event you want to Ticket Transfer

3. Tap ‘Transfer’ below the ticket you want to share (please note: you may have to wait a moment for the ‘Transfer’ button to load)

4. On the ‘Select Tickets To Transfer’ page, confirm the ticket you want to share (please note – you must Transfer each ticket individually)

5. Tap the ‘Transfer To’ button. Tap ‘Manually Enter A Recipient’ & enter your friend’s ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, and ‘Email Address or Mobile Number’

6. Tap ‘Transfer Ticket’. The ticket in your account will now say “Sent”. You can cancel or recall the Ticket Transfer at any time.

7. Your friend receives an email, asking them to accept the transferred tickets, and they can either login or create a new Ticketmaster account to accept.

8. The tickets are now ready to go in your friend’s Ticketmaster account and marked as ‘Transferred’ in your account
