Ministry of Sound Classical to celebrate three decades of dance

To celebrate 30 glorious years of dance floor history, the world’s most renowned club brand, Ministry of Sound, returns with the next evolution of their acclaimed live orchestral event, completely reimagined as Ministry of Sound Classical.

Taking place in Perth’s beautiful Kings Park and Botanic Garden this December, Ministry of Sound Classical will feature the Ministry of Sound Orchestra accompanied by legendary Australian DJ Groove Terminator, AKA Simon Lewicki. Together they’ll champion the most beloved dancefloor moments of the past 30 years – rearranging, remixing and reimagining these classic tracks and giving them a whole new life.

Ministry of Sound Classical will feature the most loved tracks from the biggest decades of dance music, including classics from Robert Miles, Underworld, Cafe del Mar, Moby, Laurent Garnier, Shapeshifter and freshly reinvented versions of Röyksopp, Robin S, Basement Jaxx, The Temper Trap, Darude and more.

Warm up sets on the evening will come from Luke Million, Greg Packer, Casual Connection and Flex.

Ministry of Sound Classical will take over the stunning surrounds of Perth’s Kings Park and Botanic Gardens on Saturday 11 December. Tickets are on sale via Ticketmaster.com.au from Monday 13 September at 10am (local time)
