SNEAKERLAND, Australia’s Largest Sneaker Convention is Coming to Melbourne
Epic news for sneakerheads...
One thing a sneaker geek demands – aside from priority access to a rare supply of limited edition treds south of their knees – is to be around other sneaker geeks, who like them, know exactly and appreciate, what they’re looking at.
Good news, following a hugely successful couple of events, Australia’s largest sneaker and streetwear convention, SNEAKERLAND, will be making its way to Melbourne at the iconic Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, on Saturday 19th November, 2022.
Presented by 2WAY Nation, the Australian-based team behind the inaugural event and a number of other exciting cultural events, MCEC will be SNEAKERLAND’s first stop in what will be an Australia-wide tour.

SNEAKERLAND gives ‘sneakerheads’, collectors, resellers, content creators, creatives and anyone like-minded the opportunity to buy, sell, trade and lay eyes on some of the rarest sneakers, streetwear pieces and apparel on the market.
Up-levelling in size from the recent Perth event, SNEAKERLAND Melbourne will feature a larger trading floor with a wider range of items on offer, entertainment spaces, a live sneaker auction, exclusive sneaker and streetwear drops, a larger pool of raffle prizes and entertainment for you and your sneaker aficionado friends and family.
SNEAKERLAND 2.0 in Perth saw incredible success with more than 5,000 attendees including athletes, celebrities and local influencers joining in on the celebration of culture.
The event integrated collaborations and support with 35 local brands and sneaker vendors who offered some of the most sought-after sneakers, streetwear and art pieces world-wide; recording more than $850,000 traded on the floor between vendors and attendees.
Entertainment included giveaways of more $30,000 worth of prizes (including a Jordan 1 OFF-WHITE UNCs & 1 of 1 pair of Nike OFF WHITE Zoom Fly by Virgil Abloh), basketball activations, live auctions raising bids upwards of $15,000 in the VIP lounge, some of country’s finest DJs, free haircuts and hair braiding, a super car expo, a live podcast station and more. Attendees were also given the unique opportunity to showcase their best sneakers and ‘fits’ in real time on the RAC Arena scoreboard through the SNEAKERLAND Live Stream camera at the photo booth station.
