The FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX will return to Albert Park from Thursday, 1st April – Sunday, 4th April 2027.

Recommended Ticket Tips

• Ticketholders need a My Ticketmaster account to access  FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027  tickets. Sign up or sign in here.  
  
• All  FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027  tickets purchased via Ticketmaster.com.au are digital, and can only be accessed via the Ticketmaster App or Ticketmaster.com.au on a mobile browser – there will be no printed tickets, with the exception of Collector Tickets.  
  
• Only purchase through Ticketmaster to guarantee you have a valid ticket for entry on the day.  
  
• Take an extra five minutes to carefully read through this page in detail to best prepare for ticket Onsale.

Membership Sale

When do memberships go on sale?

Membership and members’ tickets will go on sale on a single membership launch date ahead of the General Sale. The confirmed launch date and purchase instructions will be shared via email, the official Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix website and social channels.

Memberships can be purchased by visiting the Australian Grand Prix Website.

Do I need to buy an event ticket as well?

Yes. To attend the event, you need both an Albert Park Circuit Club Membership and the applicable event ticket. Membership gives you access to member benefits and the relevant priority purchase opportunity. Your event ticket secures your admission to the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 and must be purchased separately as part of the membership purchase journey.

Is membership available for single-day tickets?

No, Membership is designed around 4-day event access. Single-day event ticket options, where available, sit outside the membership program.

Are there concession or junior prices?

Yes, adult and junior rates are available for Memberships. Eligibility for junior pricing requires the member to be 14 years old or under at Day 1 of the event. Concession and junior pricing may be available for eligible event tickets, subject to the applicable ticket type and eligibility requirements.

Membership fees are separate to event ticket fees.

What about Accessible memberships?

Accessible seating options are available across Albert Park Circuit Club Membership. Accessibility arrangements vary by membership tier and are subject to availability.

Does my Companion need a membership as well?

No, a companion attending with a valid Companion Card isn’t required to purchase a Membership, just a Companion Card event ticket. The primary Member must hold a valid Membership and event ticket.

When do tickets for the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 go on sale?

Amex Presale – Friday 2 October 2026 @ 12:00pm (AEST)  

General Public Onsale  – Tuesday 6 October 2026 @ 12:00pm (AEDT)  

How many tickets can I buy for the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027?

There is a ticket limit of 6 (six) for the Amex Presale and a ticket limit of 10 (ten) for the General Sale.

Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, or any other information.  

Yes, all Grandstands are viewable at the same time, meaning you can view multiple Grandstands at once, with the exception of the Accessible Platforms which can be viewed in a separate map.

There will still be separate Interactive Seating Maps for 4-Day, 2-Day, and Single Day ticket types.

Piastri Grandstand

How do Grandstands work on Thursday?

Thursday is a great opportunity to explore different Grandstands, as select seats are unreserved. Grandstand ticket holders can choose any Grandstand, and General Admission ticket holders can try out the Grandstands. For 4 Day Grandstand ticket holders, Thursday offers General Admission seating, with reserved Grandstand seats from Friday to Sunday.

 

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

Yes, all children aged between 3-14 are required to purchase a junior ticket to the event. This includes Park Passes, Grandstand and Hospitality tickets. Children aged 2 years and under are admitted for free provided they don’t occupy a seat.

 

Do I need to purchase a Park Pass ticket in addition to a Grandstand ticket?

No, if you have purchased a Grandstand ticket, you don’t need to purchase an additional Park Pass ticket. All Grandstand tickets include General Admission access to the event.

 

Who qualifies as a Concession?

Fans holding a concession ticket must provide identification confirming their concession status at the time of entry. This will need to be with the fan at all times during the event. AGPC will only accept the following cards as proof of concession:

  • Full Time Student Card (International cards accepted)
  • Full Pensioner Concession Card
  • Health Care Card
  • Veterans Affairs Card

Senior Cards are not accepted as a form of concession.

If a fan purchases a concession ticket and is unable to show one of the above identifications upon entry to, or during the event, they may be refused entry or directed to leave the event.

How do I purchase accessible tickets?

To purchase tickets online head to the Ticketmaster Website. Use the Filter feature to see the available tickets that meet your accessible requirements:

  1. Select All Ticket Types. Under Accessible Tickets, select the accessible ticket type/s you require.
  2. Head back to the Interactive Seat Map to view available tickets, or select Choose by Section.

To submit a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre follow these steps:

  1. From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
  2. Then select FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 as the event name.

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by event and venue.

What are Premium seats?

Premium seats are located in the rear of the Grandstand and are undercover. Premium seats don’t provide full weather protection.

 

What is an Aisle Ticket?

In the grandstands, an aisle ticket is the first 4 seats from each aisle. This also includes seats at the back of an aisle. These tickets have a $25 fee, as they are either close to, or on an aisle, or they don’t have any seats in front of them. This applies to all grandstands.

 

What does Partial View mean?

There is a small range of tickets throughout the circuit that are flagged as partial view due to the railings of the grandstand or other unavoidable restrictions. All front-row seating is flagged as partial view due to the railing in front of you.

 

What are Joy Flights?

Want to enjoy the excitement and thrill of flight whilst visiting the Albert Park Circuit?

Professional Helicopter Services will be conducting their highly popular joy flights for the general public throughout this year’s event. These sensational scenic flights provide a spectacular way to absorb all the excitement from above. The flight takes you on one of our most scenic flight patterns around the entire Albert Park Circuit. You’ll have breathtaking views of the Melbourne CBD and Port Phillip Bay.

Tour Inclusions:

• Two laps of the Grand Prix Circuit (approximately 6 – 8 minutes).

• Joy Flights operate Thursday between 10am – 5pm and Friday – Sunday between 9am – 5pm, weather permitting.

• Departures from our exclusive helipad situated next to Gate 10.

Please note:
A Joy Flight ticket is NOT an event ticket. A valid day specific ticket to the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 is also required to gain access to the Joy Flights located within the grounds. How do I purchase Hospitality tickets?

Hospitality tickets can only be booked through the Australian Grand Prix website.

 

What is a Collector Ticket? 

A Collector Ticket is a hard copy ticket that not only gets you into the event but also serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over.

When available, you can find them by selecting Collector Ticket under the ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $25 fee. Collector Tickets can only be delivered to fans with a valid Australian address by mail.

If you haven’t received your Collector Ticket within one week prior to the event, please submit a query to our Fan Support team. Include your event name, and Collector Tickets Not Arrived as the subject.  

 

What is a Souvenir Ticket?

A Souvenir Ticket is a hard copy ticket that serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over. They are not used for entry to the event.

You’ll be issued a mobile ticket to enter the event which can be accessed through the Ticketmaster App, or through https://am.ticketmaster.com/f1au/ if you purchased a Membership or Hospitality Ticket.

Souvenir Tickets don’t come with a lanyard.

When available, you can find them by selecting Souvenir Ticket as an optional add on. They incur a $25 surcharge. Souvenir Tickets can only be delivered to fans with a valid Australian address by mail.

 

All FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2027 tickets will be digital

All tickets purchased via Ticketmaster are digital with the exception of Collector Tickets.

You can easily access your tickets on your phone via the Ticketmaster app or the web browser on your mobile phone, add them straight to your phone’s ticket wallet, and share them with your friends and family.

You won’t be able to use screenshots of tickets to get into an event, please transfer any additional tickets prior to arrival. For the best experience, we recommend you  download, login and add tickets to your mobile wallet via our app before you get to the race.

Get to know Ticket Transfer so everyone has their own ticket

1.Open the Ticketmaster App

2.In your Ticketmaster account, tap on ‘My Tickets’ and select the relevant event tickets.

3.Tap ‘Transfer’ below the ticket/s you want to share (please note: you may have to wait a moment for the ‘Transfer’ button to load, and each ticket must be transferred individually)

4. Select the method of transfer (SMS, Email or WhatsApp) then Enter the Recipient Details.

5. Tap ‘Send’ and then follow any additional prompts to complete the transfer.

6. Once the other person has accepted the ticket, the ticket in your account will now say “Transfer Accepted.

Can I resell my ticket?

Resale will be made available for this event. Resale is available for Park Pass, Grandstand and Joy Flight tickets only.

When it’s available you can sell your tickets from your order. Click or tap the Sell button and select the tickets you would like to sell. Visit our help article for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.

Log into your Ticketmaster account and update your password if needed!

Get in early and ensure all your MyTicketmaster account details are up to date – from your password to your card details and your phone number.

Ticketmaster will regularly ask you to update your password to ensure the security of your account – you don’t want to get stuck having to change your password while the ticket timer is counting down during onsale as you can risk losing the incredible tickets you have secured.

Instead, now that you know you want to purchase tickets, log into your account and update your password today to ensure you are ready to nab those tickets.
