More Dates Added to Powderfinger – Live 2027!
POWDERFINGER ADDS MORE DATES TO THEIR LIVE 2027 TOUR!
It started with cryptic billboards and towering light projections at prominent locations around Australia and a nation’s curiosity kicked in. Then fans cracked the code: Powderfinger were coming back. The tour news lit up the country, with 26 shows selling out in just days. Now the band are excited to announce that they’ll bring their 2027 tour home with a final Encore Run of nine new shows across November and December.
Tassie and ACT fans, you’ve been heard! The Encore Run will see Powderfinger head to new locations, playing two nights at Hobart’s Cornelian Bay and a show at Stage 88 in Canberra. Fans from TAS and ACT who have already purchased tickets to shows in other cities will be able to apply for a refund. See details in FAQ on the Artist Page.
The Encore Run will also see the band pitch their stadium-sized tent back at Melbourne Park Oval for two more nights and add two additional shows in Perth at the stunning Sandalford Winery. Adelaide fans, you haven’t been forgotten. Hang in there.
For the grand finale, the band will take it outdoors for two massive festival-format shows at the Brisbane Showgrounds, bringing the tour home to the city where it all began with a bunch of amazing artists along for the ride. The very final show will be an all Bris-band celebration and a tribute to their hometown.

We’re expecting this to be a very popular event. When a popular event goes on sale there are hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of customers all attempting to purchase tickets at the same time. Tickets are sold as long as seats are available, and when an act is this popular, sometimes they go very quickly.
Be sure to follow the above tips to ensure you have the best chance of snapping up some tickets.
