Eric Nam announces 2022 Australian tour dates
Korean-American singer-songwriter Eric Nam has announced he’ll be heading to Australian stages when his World Tour rolls around in July 2022.
The tour arrives in celebration of his upcoming all-English sophomore album There And Back Again and will be his second visit to our shores, after he first toured Australia in 2019 – that tour, in support of his first all-English album Before We Begin.
I am so incredibly stoked to get back on the road and to do what I love the most, which is to perform on stage and to meet with my fans. For the first time, I’ll be joined by a live band, reunited with my incredible dancers/crew, and playing a brand new album. I can’t wait to see you all and put on an unforgettable tour.

Born out of the pandemic and the need to create something new ahead of his 2022 world tour, the seven-track project signifies both a personal and sonic adventure for the K-pop star, who returned to his home in the United States to bring the record to life. But more importantly, There And Back Again also marks Nam’s first album as an independent artist, following his departure from longtime label.
Before heading to Australia, Eric Nam will embark on a huge world tour, taking him to fans across North America, Europe, and the UK. His new album is set for release in January, giving Aussie fans more than enough time to learn all the lyrics.
Nam is a multi-faceted Korean-American singer, songwriter, entertainer, and TV personality.
With his signature mix of K-Pop and R&B, Nam was described by LA Times as “a dashing multicultural star who can croon a feathery balled and knock out an upbeat disco single”.
He is one of the most popular and recognisable celebrities in Asia and has been named GQ Korea’s “Man of the Year” and landed on Forbes’ “30 under 30” list in Asia.

When the sale begins, the Smart Queue will open and everyone in the Waiting Room is given a place in line. Those who did not join the Waiting Room will be placed at the end of the line.
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account at least 10 minutes before joining the Waiting Room. This will speed up your purchase later.
- Confirm you have a valid form of payment in your account with current email and billing information. This will make checkout a breeze.
- Resist the urge to refresh. Your page will automatically refresh when you enter the Smart Queue.
- Keep an eye on the time! When it’s your turn, your spot will be held for 10 minutes to begin shopping.
- Just like before, tickets are always based on availability, demand, and are not guaranteed.

Remember to triple check your passwords, account information, and billing information are all filled in correctly in advance, that way you’re not facing any last-minute account updates when trying to process your order.
Keep an eye on the clock
There will be a time limit applied to all transactions as they’re progressed through the ticket purchasing stages. Remember to keep an eye on the timer on your screen and move through the processing pages as quickly as possible (this is even easier when you’ve completed the account set-up stage we mentioned above).
Don’t refresh your screen
Stick to one window while you’re in the Waiting Room and when you’re being pushed through the Smart Queue and always resist the urge to refresh.
Hitting the refresh button means you’ll lose your place in the queue and, as frustrating as it can get, patience is the only way to win this game. Ticketmaster is equipped with sophisticated systems that are designed to manage and process ticket purchases as quickly as possible. The queuing system that appears on your screen will place you at the front of the line as soon as possible.
