Bush’s Gavin Rossdale playlists his favourite Australian songs ahead of ‘Under The Southern Stars’
As Under The Southern Stars 2022 rolls around the country this month, we’ve enlisted the help of Gavin Rossdale, the the lead singer and rhythm guitarist from British rock band Bush to put together a playlist of his favourite Australian songs. Now you’ll be ready for the pre-UTSS roadtrip!
Since the release of their debut album Sixteen Stone in 1994, English rockers Bush have been an Aussie favourite, spawning singles like ‘Glycerine’, ‘Everything Zen’ and ‘Comedown’ that are still just as loved today. After taking an extended break from 2001 until 2011, they returned with the huge The Sea of Memories and launched right back into our hearts again.
They’ll join Cheap Trick, Stone Temple Pilots, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Rose Tattoo, Electric Mary, and more around the country for this year’s Under The Southern Stars festivities (be sure to check your festival date as lineups may vary).
