Over the next two days, Moonee Valley is set to host two of the most significant events of the spring racing season, the Manikato Stakes and Cox Plate.
The Cox Plate is one of the most prestigious races on the Australian sporting calendar with many of the most famous horses having run and won the race. The event will be held on Saturday October 24 with the Manikato Stakes taking place the evening before on October 23.
