How To Purchase Hotel and Ticket Packages

The ticketing process is relatively the same as normal, you will find the specific “Hotel and Ticket Packages” section on the event you are looking for, join the waiting room before the sale begins and then join the queue as normal.

Once you get through the queue you will be able to select your preferred hotel from our selection, and then continue to select your ticket from the available options (only selected tickets can be purchased alongside our hotel options).

How The Package Works

Once you have booked your package you will be sent a booking confirmation with details of the tickets that are included. If your tickets are set up for e-delivery, you will be provided a Claim Link on the booking confirmation page to claim your tickets on the Ticketmaster website.

Tickets will be delivered to you by Ticketmaster by the delivery method you have chosen. You will also be sent a hotel booking confirmation within 24 hours of your order, which will include details of your hotel reservation.

The Hotel & Ticket packages bring both flexibility and security to ticket buyers, making sure reservations are handled smoothly even if tours change or events get rescheduled. Because of the close relationships with all parties involved, reservations through Ticketmaster can be easily updated according to what’s happening with the event date.
