When Will You Receive Your Event Collectable?

Event Collectables are delivered two weeks post-event as a special souvenir. Since they are not required for entry, you’ll still use your mobile ticket to access the event. If your Event Collectable hasn’t arrived within two weeks after the event, reach out to our Fan Support team for assistance.

Please note that they can only be delivered to an Australian postal address, and we encourage fans to make sure the postal account in your address is correct when purchasing.
