Pedestrian TV’s Selfish Sessions goes virtual for 2021

It's like hanging out with your favourite celebs in your bedroom!

In its third year, Selfish Sessions – Pedestrian TV’s national self-care festival – is set to look a little different.

After what has been a tumultuous 12 months, the 2021 festival will reflect on what self-worth means to young Aussies, focusing on long-term strategies to improve their intellectual, emotional, and creative wellbeing.

And this year it is going virtual – which means you can enjoy all the incredible Q&A sessions with some of our favourite experts and influencers talking all things sex, wellness, careers, finance, music, mental health, 2021 goals, and more from the comfort of your own home.

“2020 shrunk our readers’ world to four walls overnight and challenged their approach to self-care. Addressing how they value sex, workplace equality, ‘trash TV’, finance, astrology, music, mental health and more, this global Selfish Sessions lineup nails the passions and pinch points of Gen Z Aussies right now.”

James McManus, Pedestrian Group’s Creative Director

So grab a warm drink, put on your best cozy outfit, and settle in.

If you’re looking for a bit of self-care and life guidance for 2021, the Selfish Sessions program is perfectly stacked.

Grand Slam-winning tennis player, presenter and disability advocate Dylan Alcott is in, as is Gamilaroi Gomeroi woman, Today’s Entertainment Presenter and former journalist on triple j, ABC News, NITV and SBS Brooke Boney.
