KATSEYE is coming to Melbourne!
KATSEYE ANNOUNCE SURPRISE EXCLUSIVE ONE-OFF POP-UP PERFORMANCE AT MELBOURNE’S FESTIVAL HALL!
Universal Music Australia have today announced a surprise one-off, free Australian 30 minute pop-up performance by two-time GRAMMY®-nominated and multi-ARIA-Platinum global girl group KATSEYE in Melbourne – as they make their debut visit down under!
The performance, taking place at Melbourne’s Festival Hall, is presented by ‘Melbourne Every Bit Different’ in collaboration with American Express, Extra, Live Nation, HYBE & Geffen. For eager fans this will be the only chance to see the group perform live in Australia – in what is sure to be an unforgettable show!

• Ticketholders need a My Ticketmaster account to access KATSEYE tickets. Sign up or sign in here.
• All KATSEYE tickets are digital, and can only be accessed via the Ticketmaster App – there will be no printed tickets.
• Only order through Ticketmaster to guarantee you have a valid ticket for entry on event day.

When do tickets go on sale for KATSEYE?
Registration Sale: Tuesday, 5th May at 10am AEST
Who is eligible for the KATSEYE Registration Sale?
All fans who sign up by 5PM ON FRIDAY, 1 MAY will have the chance to access tickets.
The email address you use to register must match the email associated with your Ticketmaster account – if it doesn’t, you won’t be able to join the queue. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, please create one before registering. You can update the email address in your Ticketmaster account at my.ticketmaster.com.au/settings.
Under-12s must be accompanied by a suitable adult and may only enter unlicensed areas.
What happens once I’ve registered?
On Tuesday, 5 May from 9:45am AEST, head to the Event Page here. When you enter the Waiting Room, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Ticketmaster account. If your account email matches one that was registered before the cut-off date, you’ll be granted access. At 10:00am AEST, the sale will begin and all eligible fans will be randomly placed in the queue for a chance to secure tickets. No code is required.
Prior to the Sale:
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account early.
- Confirm your email, phone & address info are up to date.
- You may get a verification code to enter the Waiting Room.
During the Sale:
- Ticket availability changes as fans complete their orders – the page updates automatically.
- Use only one browser, tab, or device – multiple can cause errors.
- You’ll see your spot in the queue when the sale starts.
- Don’t refresh the page – you could get kicked out or flagged as a bot.
What are you doing to keep access fair?
THIS SHOW IS EXPECTED TO BE IN HIGH DEMAND. TICKETS WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS, AND DEMAND IS ANTICIPATED TO EXCEED SUPPLY.
- There will be a ticket limit of 2 per person. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
- Ticket transfer will not be available. For bookings made in pairs, both attendees must enter the venue together. If transacting for others (such as a parent transacting for children), the lead booker must be present to scan their guests into the venue. Under-12s must be accompanied by a suitable adult and may only enter unlicensed areas.
If you see tickets for sale on other sites, be aware that the seller cannot transfer these tickets and you may not be able to get in. Only secure tickets through Ticketmaster!

Tickets for these shows will be mobile-only. Your phone is your ticket. Once tickets are ready to download, you can do so by logging into your Ticketmaster account on the Ticketmaster app.

Keep Your Phone Close
You may be asked to enter a sign-in verification code, which will be sent by text. To avoid any issues accessing the queue, please check your account now and verify that your mobile phone number is correct.
Stick To One Device & One Tab Only
Join the queue from one browser on one device. Additional attempts to join could kick you out of the queue. Accessing the sale from multiple tabs may also cause you to lose your place in line.
Remember: there are a lot of fans
We’re expecting this to be a very popular event. When a popular event goes on sale there are hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of customers all attempting to purchase tickets at the same time. Tickets are sold as long as seats are available, and when an act is this popular, sometimes they go very quickly.
