You may purchase a maximum of six (6) tickets per show during the presale and six (6) tickets per show during the General Public sale. Companion tickets are included within the total ticket limit.

Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.

Your mobile will be your ticket which can only be accessed via the Ticketmaster App or by directly adding to your mobile wallet. Once the tickets have been purchased you will receive a simple email confirmation as proof of purchase. This is NOT your ticket or ticket(s).

Upon arrival at the show, you will be required to present your mobile containing your ticket(s), and you’ll scan yourself and your party into the venue at the turnstiles/entrances via the Ticketmaster App or your mobile wallet.

Accessible tickets (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling our Fan Support team on the Accessible Booking line Monday-Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm AEST on 1300 446 925. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests. Given the anticipated high demand for tickets to this event, our phone lines may experience a high volume of calls when tickets go on sale. Queries outside of these times should use the Submit a request form detailed below.

Accessible tickets, both during the Presales and the General Public sale period, can also be requested via our Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help. Please be sure to include your relevant presale code or direct URL if wanting to make a booking during the presale period, as well as your accessible ticket requirements. If you have completed an online request with the required details an agent will respond as soon as possible. You do not need to call us once the request form and required information has been submitted.

Tickets for this tour will be mobile-only. To access your tickets for entry you must download the Ticketmaster App or add your tickets directly to your mobile wallet.

Yes, there will be a delivery delay in place. This will be in place until much closer to the event date. We will contact you once the delay has been lifted.

Marvel Stadium, Melbourne

Marvel Stadium is a licensed all ages venue. All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.

Optus Stadium, Perth

Optus Stadium is a licensed all ages venue. Children 12 years and under will not be admitted without a parent or guardian (16 years or older) and must remain with them at all times. Access to General Admission areas of the Arena is recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.

Upon arrival at the show, you will be required to present your mobile containing your ticket(s), and you’ll scan yourself and your party into the venue at the entrances via the Ticketmaster App or your mobile wallet. 

You will be required to produce a valid form of photo ID that matches the name of the person that purchased the ticket(s). This name will be visible on each ticket(s).

Accepted forms of Photo ID are

• Driver Licence or Learner Permit (from any country) including Digital Driver Licences
• Passport (from any country)
• KEYPASS Photo ID Card or Keypass in Digital ID
• Any other recognised Proof/Evidence of Age/Identity or Photo Card.

All Acceptable ID must be written in English or if not written in English, then accompanied by an official English translation.

For a foreign Driver Licence not written in English, an International Driver Permit issued in the foreign country of origin (and including a photo of the licence holder and translation) should be presented with the Foreign Driver Licence.

The matching ID of the name of the lead booker will be an entry requirement. The other tickets bought by that person can be used for other people as long as they ALL arrive with the lead booker. If you want to buy tickets as gifts then you’ll also have to attend to get your recipients into the show.

Please make sure your phone is fully charged before you leave the house to avoid this situation. If you run out of battery go to the box office where someone will be able to assist you to find your order.
