Feast for the senses at Melbourne Festival

Get ready Melbourne! The 16-day Melbourne Festival is coming and it is bringing a huge range of incredible dance, theatre, music, visual arts and multimedia events along for the ride. The City of Melbourne has a reputation for hosting world-class events and Melbourne Festival is no exception. The festival is one of Australia’s largest and most-prominent arts festivals and is one of the foremost major multi-arts festivals in the world.

The program of events features many local and international acts, artists and companies and with so much on offer, everyone is sure to find an event that will suit their taste. The city is transformed – in some instances it becomes the art itself – with many established and pop-up venues hosting events all around Melbourne.

While there are so many incredible events to choose from, Ticketmaster has compiled a list of five that we think are the must-see events in 2014. For more information on what to see and do, visit the Melbourne Festival website. For tickets to events Ticketmaster is selling, please click here.
