BTS REVEAL VENUES AND ON-SALE DETAILS FOR ASIA AND AUSTRALIA LEGS OF ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’’
Today, pop royalty BTS announced venue and on-sale details for the Asia and Australia legs of their ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’’.
The Asia and Australia dates are part of what is already shaping up to be the largest global K-pop tour of all time and the biggest tour of BTS’ career. The long-awaited 2026–2027 return is currently underway in North America, with the massive global outing spanning 34 regions and 85 shows worldwide. Featuring first-time performances in multiple cities, the tour marks a landmark new chapter for the group and their global fanbase, ARMY.

When do tickets go on sale?

Please remember tickets go on sale in the time zone of the venue you are purchasing for — not your personal time zone.
Who is eligible for each presale?
ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE: To participate, the event organiser requires you to have an ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) and register for the presale on Weverse by Wednesday, 27th May at 1pm AEST.
How do I sign up for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE?
ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE registration closes on Wednesday, 27th May at 1pm AEST. Register for the presale on Weverse before this deadline to be eligible to purchase tickets during the presale.
If you register for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE in Australia, you’ll be able to access tickets for all shows in both Melbourne and Sydney.
How will the Sale work during the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE?
Only ARMY who have registered for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on Weverse will be eligible to purchase tickets during the presale.
When it’s your turn to shop, your 9-digit ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (starting with BA) will be required to unlock the tickets. There is no additional presale code needed.
If you have more than one ARMY MEMBERSHIP, please use the membership number associated with the presale you registered for.
How can I create a Ticketmaster account?
If you don’t have an account, visit ticketmaster.com.au and click “Sign In/Register now.” Enter your email address to check if you have a valid Ticketmaster Account. If you don’t, you’ll be prompted to create one.
How do I find my ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?
Follow these simple steps:
- For shows in Asia-Pacific, only the GLOBAL Membership will be eligible
- Open the Weverse app and open BTS Weverse
- Tap the “Membership” icon
- Click on “View Membership Details” under your “ARMY MEMBERSHIP” to access your mobile membership card
- Find your 9-digit ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER on the card starting with BA

What is the ticket limit for BTS?
You may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per show during the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE and the General Onsale.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
What are ticket prices for BTS?
Ticket prices will be made available once the Waiting Room opens and will not change during the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE or General Onsale.
How can I purchase accessible tickets for BTS?
Wheelchair accessible seating and Companion Card tickets are available to purchase directly on the Ticketmaster website during presale and general on sale, subject to availability.
For all other accessible ticketing requirements or enquiries, please submit a request here and follow these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Select BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ as the event name.
Please note: Submitting a request does not guarantee a ticket. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.
Can I add a Companion Card ticket after purchasing a standard or VIP ticket?
You may be able to request a Companion Card ticket after purchase by contacting the Ticketmaster Fan Support team. Please note that requests are subject to availability and you may need to relocate to an accessible area. For the best experience, we strongly recommend submitting your accessible ticketing request before purchasing tickets.
When should I submit my accessible ticketing request?
We recommend submitting your request within 7 days of the onsale date. Requests submitted earlier may need to be resubmitted closer to the on sale. Please ensure your Weverse code is included when submitting a request during presale.

How will I get my tickets for BTS?
Tickets for these shows will be mobile-only and will only be available via the Ticketmaster App. To access your tickets for entry, you must download the Ticketmaster App and log into your Ticketmaster account.
Hints and tips for improving your chances of getting BTS tickets
Check Your Account
Create or sign in to your account and check that your email, phone and payment details are up to date.
Keep Your Phone Close
You will be asked to enter a sign-in verification code, which will be sent by text. To avoid any issues accessing the queue, please check your account now and verify that your mobile phone number is correct.
Prepare for Checkout
Notify your bank for any required purchase authorisations or to check spending limits.
Stick To One Device & One Tab Only
Join the queue from one browser on one device. Additional attempts to join could kick you out of the queue. Accessing the sale from multiple tabs may also cause you to lose your place in line.
Remember: there are a lot of fans
We’re expecting this to be a very popular event. When a popular event goes on sale there are hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of customers all attempting to purchase tickets at the same time. Tickets are sold as long as seats are available, and when an act is this popular, sometimes they go very quickly.
