Bloc Party to play Silent Alarm in full at Riverstage

One of the best indie albums ever? Oh yes.

Bloc Party are bringing their Silent Alarm tour to Australia this summer, having today confirmed plans to play the album in FULL for fans down under.

Arguably one of the best indie albums of the 00s, Silent Alarm is Bloc Party’s most synonymous and iconic release.

The UK outfit made their debut with the record in February 2005, paving the way for their global success, which included sold out tours and huge festival appearances around the world.

Included in their upcoming Australian tour dates will be a huge show at Brisbane’s Riverstage on Saturday 1 December.

Bloc Party’s Kele Okereke (vocals, guitar), Russell Lissack (guitar), Justin Harris (bass) and Louise Bartle (drums) will ensure summer goes off in style for indie fans across Australia.
