Are you on Ticketmaster ONE yet?

As you would all be aware, Ticketmaster recently rolled out a new client tool, Ticketmaster ONE, which features the ClientHub and Analytics reporting.

We are urging all Ticketmaster clients to sign up to Ticketmaster ONE in order to start using the various applications that are now – and soon to be – available.

The new client offering was designed with the needs of Ticketmaster’s partners in mind. The first application available to clients was ClientHub and we recently added Analytics to the site.

Analytics is designed to make it easier for Ticketmaster partners to find information regarding their events and track sales and reporting, particularly through Analytics’ accompanying iPhone app, Ticker.

If you are yet to make the change from ReportPro to Analytics and Ticker, we strongly encourage you to get in contact with your Client Manager to hear more about the benefits and advantages of these products.

As with all new products, Analytics will be tweaked and improved based on the feedback we receive from users. This is one of the key reasons Ticketmaster is continuing to offer ReportPro alongside the Analytics platform. The functionality of Analytics is very promising and we are confident it will be a cover-all solution once we make small improvements.

Feedback from clients regarding Analytics and Ticker has been overwhelmingly positive. Those who have made the switch have found the offering is efficient and informative. Ticker in particular offers excellent flexibility as clients are able to check various reports through a simple iPhone app.

ClientHub has also received positive feedback from users. The purpose of ClientHub is to provide a site where our partners can find information, instructions, forms and news easily and efficiently. The ClientHub replaced Ticketmaster’s Client Centre and features comprehensive information regarding our products and services.

The future of Ticketmaster ONE is even more exciting with new applications already in the pipeline. The aim of Ticketmaster ONE is to centralise all important client applications to make it easy for you to get the information and reports you need.

If you are yet to sign up to Ticketmaster ONE, we encourage you to get in touch with your Client Manager, who can organise a login email to be sent to you. If you already using Ticketmaster ONE we trust you are finding it a valuable source of news and information.
