Ticketmaster in fast lane with Hertz partnership

Ticketmaster Australia has forged an exciting new brand partnership with leading global car rental company, Hertz.

This new partnership will provide Ticketmaster users a variety of car hire offers which will be promoted exclusively on Ticketmaster’s digital platform. Eligible customers will have added incentive to book a car rental due to Ticketmaster’s partnership with Hertz, as weekly rentals receive a free Ticketmaster gift card which will be issued following completion of the rental booking.

The partnership will add incremental value to our venue and promoter client base as it will drive more traffic to the Ticketmaster website as customers look to redeem their gift card for tickets to their favourite events. Ticketmaster’s corporate gift card program has emerged has an important new distribution channel as we can directly target various new mass user groups through corporate relationships such as the one with Hertz.

Ticketmaster and Hertz have agreed to a 12-month partnership and many of the exclusive offers promoted until October 1, 2015, will include the gift card offer. Additionally, Ticketmaster’s website will feature rich media advertisements and increased brand awareness for Hertz to help position them as a market leader in the car rental industry.
