Whether you're figuring out how to get there or choosing which carnival ride, here's everything you need to plan your day at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
The highly anticipated annual event is back and bigger than event! Don’t miss the ultimate family day out at the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show – filled with epic carnival rides and games, furry farmyard friends, incredible showbags, tasty food and so much more. The Sydney Royal Easter Show will run from 11 to 22 April – read through the information below to prepare for your day out at the Show.
Tickets
Don’t leave it until the last minute! Tickets are on sale now – purchase your tickets in advance online to save money and time at the gate.
Before you get to the show, download your e-tickets to your phone and save them to your digital wallet before arriving for easy access. When you arrive, set your screen to maximum brightness, so it’s easy for the scanners to read.

Getting to the Show
Ticketholders are encouraged to leave the car at home and catch public transport to the Show. Sydney Olympic Park is easily accessible by public transport and plenty of extra services will run each day of the event including express trains and Major Event Buses.
Your ticket to the Show includes entry and return travel on public transport between Friday 11 April and Tuesday 22 April. All you need to do is show your Show ticket or approved pass to the Transport for NSW staff when boarding services.
Public transport services include Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink Intercity services, Sydney Metro services, Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses, Sydney metropolitan and outer metropolitan buses Sydney, Parramatta and Newcastle Light Rail services, Sydney and Newcastle Ferries.

The Sydney Royal Easter Show is transforming Sydney Showground from Friday 11 April until Tuesday 22 April. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.com.au.
