Walking in a Christmas Wonderland

The Christmas Wonderland at Sydney Showground is nearly here.

The spectacular, magical Christmas Wonderland at Sydney Showground starts in less than two weeks.

The Christmas Wonderland is the perfect event to soak up all the Christmas spirit and is fantastic fun for the whole family.

What’s on:

Entry to the Wonderland will get you unlimited rides on everything on offer at Santa’s Carnival amusement park. You will even get unlimited skating in Santa’s crystal ice rink or fly down the tube slide, all part of Santa’s winter wonderland. There will be even more snow on offer with Santa’s snow pit where you can build snowmen and throw snowballs until your heart’s content. Santa’s giant inflatable world is a ball of fun, and there is even a special inflatable world for the littlies (6 and under).

The kids will love writing a letter to Santa and entering the colouring competition, as well as making DIY Christmas decorations. There will be a special stage and ice shows to marvel at, dance and sing along to, while the penguin parade is a sight to behold.

There is even more on offer as you can walk through the Enchanted Christmas Village, venture down Santa’s Candy Cane Lane, or see Toyland and even meet Santa’s elves. Trot through Gingerbread Land and Santa’s Alpine Forest, or gawk at the magical festive light show on display.

There is so much to see and do to really make all those Christmas dreams come true.

The details:

Running from Saturday 15 December through to Christmas Eve (Monday 24 December), there are three time slots available most days – 10am-1pm, 1.30pm-4.30pm and 5pm-8pm (10am-1pm only on Christmas Eve). Tickets are just $42* and include everything mentioned above, with unlimited activities and rides in the three-hour time slot.
