In the lead-up to the big day, the Riverstage team want to hear from you. They want to hear about your fondest memories and greatest experiences from 30 years of celebrating music and culture and this iconic venue.

Think unforgettable moments – goosebumps up and down your arms, excitement in the pit of your stomach, losing your voice for days after – the way you felt, the impact the shows had, the great photo you took, or the great story you told to your mates in the weeks following. The live experience is one shared with hundreds and thousands of people at a time, and that’s what we’re celebrating with Riverstage.

The Riverstage team have set up a Digital Audience Memory Box ready to be filled with all your favourite memories from the last three decades at the venue. Have some treasured photographs or videos? Maybe an old ticket stub or set list? All you have to do is upload your image or video here and you can be a part of the project.

There is also a survey you can fill out, where you can shout about your favourite shows at Riverstage, what you love about the venue, and what you hope to see more of in the future.

Need a little memory jog? Here’s a list of all the incredible shows that have taken place over the years – from the Royal New Zealand Ballet on 8 September 1989 all the way to the upcoming Billie Eilish, Amy Shark, and Rudimental tours.
