South Australian hip hop trio Hilltop Hoods are heading out on a world tour, and their Australia leg is not to be missed.

The Great Expanse World Tour will see the group play in 14 countries around the world, including their first headline tour in Australia since 2016.

That tour saw Hilltop Hoods perform with some of the best orchestras from around the country, but this time around Hilltop Hoods are back to their roots.

Their 2019 tour will celebrate the release of the group’s eighth album The Great Expanse, which debuted at #1 on the ARIA charts when it was released back in February. This brought their total #1 albums to six – now seeing the trio hold the ARIA record for most #1 albums by an Australian band.

If seeing Hilltop Hoods doing what they do best isn’t enough, they’ve teamed up with a slew of huge support acts to ensure this tour is going to be one to remember.

Leading the way is the smooth sounds of Mojo Juju, bringing tracks from her stunning 2018 album Native Tongue to the stage. She’ll be joined by up and coming Grime rapper Shadow and DJ Nino Brown.
