Attention Tina Arena fans, tickets for the icon’s upcoming Australian tour go on general sale tomorrow (Thursday 27 April).

The Aussie pop legend announced details of her greatest hits tour earlier this month, revealing the Innocence To Understanding tour as a celebration of her new Greatest Hits and Interpretations double album of the same name.

Released on 7 April, the double album landed at No.2 in the ARIA charts, pipped to the top spot by Ed Sheeran.

Announcing the tour, Tina told fans, “Today I feel I have finally reached a place where I am 100 per cent comfortable with who I am, and I am free to enjoy my life and my work. The past forty years have indeed been a journey from innocence to understanding, and I can’t wait to celebrate that with Australia.”

Melbourne-born Arena has been part of the fabric of Australian music and pop culture for the past 40 years. She’s also the only Aussie artist to earn a gold or platinum certification for each of her original albums, in every decade since the 1970s right through to now. In fact, every album in her career has gone gold, platinum or multi-platinum.

Tickets for Tina Arena’s Innocence To Understanding tour go on general sale from 9am on Thursday 27 April.
