So this is what Ed Sheeran asks for on his rider
The British star shows his modest side with low-key rider requests at Glastonbury.
In Australia and New Zealand alone, Ed Sheeran is now responsible for selling more headline stadium shows on one single tour than any other artist.
So you’d be forgiven for thinking he was someone who could demand whatever he wanted on his backstage rider.
Turns out, Ed has one of the most modest lists of requests in the business.
Having just topped the bill at the legendary Glastonbury festival in the UK – alongside fellow headliners Radiohead and Foo Fighters – the Shape Of You singer requested the following:
- A bottle of Robinsons squash
- A six-pack of Diet Coke
- A six-pack of Fanta orange
- A six-pack of Sprite
- A jar of Manuka Honey
All that lavishness resulted in the not-so-hefty some of £57.31, which is about $96.59.
Ed Sheeran brings his ÷ (divide) world tour to Australia next March.
