Download Festival Australia 2019 will arrive this March, and as well as a stacked lineup they’ve pulled together a top-notch food lineup ready to keep you going throughout the day.

After a massive debut year in 2018, Hell’s Kitchen is set to return to the festival bringing together another mouth-watering line-up, again curated by Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham, the duo behind beloved Sydney burger joint Mary’s.

HELL'S KITCHEN RETURNNS TO #DLAUS2019

In Melbourne, the pair will be joined by Igni head chef Aaron Turner, Oakridge Winery’s Jo Barrett, Laura/PT Leo Estate’s Phil Wood.

For those with less fancy culinary tastes Raf’s Foodworld – featuring Beatbox Kitchen (burgers and fries), Taco Truck, HSP, Juanita Peaches, and All Day Donuts – will also be on hand. As will Messina (ice cream), Leonards House of Love, Harley and Rose, Blue Bonnet BBQ, and a stack more.

For Sydney’s Hell’s Kitchen lineup, the Mary’s team will be joined by Barbados-born chef Paul Carmichael of Momofuku Seiobo, Agrarian Kitchen’s Ali Currey – Voumarde, and Enrico Tomelleri from Fratelli Paradiso/10 William St.

For Sydneysiders looking for tasty but not so fancy fares, you can choose from the likes of Messina, Mary’s Pizza, Bovine and Swine, Nighthawk Diner, Happy As Larry, Sol Y Luna, Ryan Gozleme, and more.

If you’re looking to do a bit of shopping in between visits to the mosh pit, Download markets have you covered. The folks from 24 Hundred will have you sorted for band merch, vinyl lovers can check out Rare Records, and you can sort your figurine fix at Populcha.

We also recommend stopping by the Sea Sheppard tent to learn some more about all the great work they do.

Now all that’s left to do is plan out your timetable. If you need a refresher you can check out the lineup here.

Download Festival will take over Paramatta Park, Sydney on Saturday 9 March and Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne on Monday 11 March. Tickets for Download Festival can be found at Ticketmaster.com.au.
