While the action on the track is sure to be unmissable, the Formula 1 Heineken Australian Grand Prix 2022 is serving up a stack more action off the track thanks to the huge AusGP Sessions music festival.
Featuring an epic roster of top notch Aussie artists, the AusGP Sessions will add something special to each of the four Formula 1 Heineken Australian Grand Prix race days, with each might headlined by a different blockbuster act.

Australian hip hop titans Bliss N Eso will headline the AusGP Sessions on the Formula 1 Heineken Australian Grand Prix’s main race day, while electronic powerhouse Peking Duk will bring their high octane performance to the stage on Saturday.
You can catch The Rubens and their easygoing vibes on Friday, while Thursday is all about the funk thanks to Big Twisty & The Funknasty.
Other artists on the stellar lineup include G Flip, Alex Lahey, our Breakthrough 2022 artist Budjerah, Confidence Man, WILSN, YO! Mafia, and more.
The best part is, tickets to each of the AusGP Sessions’ four days are included in your Park Pass (General Admission) ticket. With the main stage located right in the middle of the Formula 1 Heineken Australian Grand Prix precinct, the action is just unmissable on and off the track.
Formula 1 Heineken Australian Grand Prix 2022 – alongside the AusGP Sessions music festival – will transform Melbourne’s Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit from Thursday 7 April until Sunday 10 April 2022. Tickets are on sale via Ticketmaster.com.au.
[su_spoiler title=”WHAT’S HAPPENED AT THE AUSGP SESSIONS BEFORE:” style=”fancy” icon=”plus-circle”] Melbourne’s newest live music series, AusGP Sessions, is set to make its debut at the Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix in 2020.
Over four days, AusGP Sessions will offer fans a live music experience in M-Lane, bringing the best of food, art and live entertainment together in one place.
Australia’s fave dance duo Peking Duk (DJ set) will headline the event, bringing their party anthems trackside. They’ll be joined by ’80s synth revivalists Client Liaison alongside the likes of Bag Raiders (DJ set), CXLOE, Tigerlily (Live), Mashd N Kutcher, Benson and Yo! Mafia for what is sure to be three incredible days of entertainment.
Peking Duk can’t wait to dive into the series. “We can’t wait to be playing the Grand Prix in 2020. The cars are fast, the drivers are fearless and the crowd is all kinds of madness. Great times ahead,” they say.
Client Liason are equally as stoked, saying, “We are so excited to be performing at the Australian Grand Prix. Each year we’d hear the roaring sound of the jets flying over Melbourne, this kinda high-octane energy is what we’re going to channel when we perform after the main race next year.”
M-Lane is the festival hub of the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix. With lakeside views and the stunning Melbourne skyline as the backdrop, the AusGP Sessions live stage is the place to be.
