Accessible tickets are now available online for Melbourne’s Palais Theatre

Across the year we have been working towards our goal of setting new accessibility standards across the live sector in Australia and New Zealand, and today we are one step closer.

Through our partnership with Dylan Alcott’s Get Skilled Access and feedback from the general public, we have been working to make our accessible book process easier and more efficient.

From today, Melbourne’s Palais Theatre is our first venue with accessible tickets available online.

Boy & Bear’s show on Friday 1 May is the first event made available with this option when tickets go on sale to the general public this Thursday 12 December.

As well as being able to book accessible tickets via Ticketmaster’s Accessible Seating phone line and email, Boy & Bear fans can also select their seats directly from Ticketmaster’s online seating map.

For this particular event, to find the accessible seating – open the seat map, click on “stalls” and you’ll find the seating in the back row. Click on the seat you’d like, as well as one for your Companion Cardholder if required, select “Get Tickets” and you’re in. **Please note, someone from our Customer Service team will need to contact you to verify your Companion Card information**.

We will continue to update you as we roll out Online Accessible Booking in further events and venues around Australia.
